Experience

From over 10 years I'm working in field of translating for many different companies, institutions and even for private investors in Poland, Estonia and abroad. I do make translations of sworn documentations, court process documents, police/half secured documents, patent covered certificates, rights and matters, in the field of everyday food and technical products, such as used: utility, fuel, building, motorization, computers, constructions and in law - contracts, offers,  so on...

I do have a lot of experience in live translating for business meetings, negotiations, in tourist excursions, international messes and so on...

I'm fluent with languages: Estonian, Russian, Polish and English.

Attention!

Translation of official documents from/into Estonian or Polish languages

We kindly remind you that Estonian official documents that would be used in Poland according to the Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Poland (on Rendering Legal Aid and on Legal Relations in Civil, Work and Criminal Matters) art 4.2 additional translation is required into English, Russian or Polish.

Estonian official document can be translated by a sworn translator into English (see additional information at: http://www.just.ee/13852 or into Russian (see at: http://www.just.ee/13852 (click for the list of translators in Estonia).

If translation into Polish is required – since there are no sworn translator services into Polish available in Poland and neither in Estonia, the Agreement § 4 article 3 gives another option - translator's signature (without verifying the contents of the translation) may be verified by a notary. According to §39.6 of the Notarisation Act of Estonia (Passed 14 November 2001 (RT1 I 2001, 93, 564), which entered into force 1 February 2002) upon authentication of a signature of a translator, a notary has the right to refuse to authenticate if he or she does not know the translator or has doubts concerning the authenticity of the translation. This means that a notary who authenticates the signature of a translator and does not verify the contents of the translation can perform such act only if he or she has enough proof about translator's sufficient skills in both languages concerned.
